We have exciting news… Three Uncles is joining the Filmworks family!
Three Uncles was inspired by three childhood friends’ (and now chefs) almost daily habit of spending hours at traditional Siu Mei (roast meat) spots while growing up in Hong Kong in the 1970s.
Once open, we’ll see the launch of their new “18-Districts” concept, a rotating menu that introduces Hong Kong’s favourite dishes as specials in addition to the house-roasted and chopped-to-order Cantonese meats Three Uncles are famous for.
