Since 2021, the team has been serving their take on some of the world’s most loved pizzas across London and the South East, using carefully sourced ingredients and refined techniques. After perfecting Neapolitan-style dough, Sarv turned his focus to Detroit-style pizza, creating a signature version with a long-fermented dough that is light and pillowy inside with a crisp, golden crust.
Now back in Ealing, they continue to experiment and refine their recipes, using slow-cooked marinara and artisanal Italian ingredients to deliver bold, memorable pizza from their hometown kitchen.
